Essie Off The Shoulder – Bikini So Teeny Collection

Essie Off The Shoulder is a pretty bold hot pink. It’s not as electric as Essie Lights, but I still love it. It reminds me of Avon’s Nailwear Pro in Viva Pink, one of my favorite shades of pink.The formula is creamy, the first coat was a bit streaky, but the second coat blends everything together. I’m really liking this collection!
