Scented Lavender Vanilla Moisturizing Bath Salts $16 This stuff smells amazing. This is by far my favorite scent in the collection. The Lavender Vanilla fragrance is soothing and relaxing. This transformed my normal boring bath into amazing aromatherapy oasis. These bath salts are all-natural and sulfate-free. It’s made up of six skin nourishing ingredients – Dead Sea salts, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, glycerin, fragrance oils, and vitamin E. The icing on top are the added vanilla beans that linger as you soak.
Scented Peppermint Cafe Body Polish $18 I used this while enjoying my much needed bath. This added to my spa like experience. This all natural sugar scrub contains skin saviors like shea butter (one of my fav ingredients!) and coconut oil. The peppermint cafe scent reminds me of a peppermint patty. The scent is invigorating and energizing. The body polish actually contains bits of coffee in it – amazing! It did wonders for my legs. This time of year my skin always gets drier, this scrub really helped slough of my dead skin cells and left my legs and arms smoother and hydrated.
Coconut Lime Verbana Body Crème $18 After my luxurious bath, I applied this body creme for an extra kick of hydration. The scent is a well balanced combo of both creamy coconut and refreshing lime. It’s a very thick cream, it’ feels more like a body butter. I loved it It’s also contains shea butter, coconut oil, and coconut butter.

Bathe Like Cleopatra
It has been said that Cleopatra was the ultimate beauty girl. In Ancient Egypt, cosmetics and beauty products were considered medicine and they were highly used. The Egyptians lined their eyes with kohl to ward off eye infections, not just because it was pretty!
Cleo enjoyed taking milk baths. Milk can do wonders for your skin because it contains Lactic Acid. Lactic Acid works by removing dead skin cells, leaving your skin smooth and hydrated. This is the same chemical that can be found in Amlactin, a lotion made for extra dry skin and that helps sooth Keratosis Pilaris (KP).
Here’s a $3 off coupon!
So next time add some milk to your bath water. You can pour in as much as you’d like and once you’re done soaking, rinse off in the shower. I would suggest taking advantage of left over milk that has just passed the sell by date. Chances are it is still pretty good.
Quick Tip: Most of us will not drink milk that has passed the used by date, even by one day (me). An easy way to check for freshness is to pour some of the milk in a spoon and put the spoon over your oven burner. If the milk boils it is still fresh, if it curdles (like cottage cheese) it is sour. You can also put some in a small bowl and microwave it.
