RETURN AND WARRANTIES

Did your order arrive, but it's not quite what you expected or is it damaged? We understand, and we're here to help. Please send an email to info@thebeautyedge.com with your name, invoice number, the product name, and the reason for your return.

Remember to include your invoice (or a copy) with the return. This will streamline the processing of your return. Upon receiving and processing your return, we'll promptly refund the purchase amount to your account within one business day. If the product is damaged, we can also arrange for a replacement. Specify the item you're returning and let us know which product you'd like in exchange. We'll be delighted to send it your way.

What can you return?

Unopened and non-used items can be returned within a 14-day period. The product must be unopened and unused. Items that do not meet the specified specifications in terms of quality (if an item causes an allergic reaction, please contact us).
To return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.

  • If product packaging is damaged upon receipt, it must be reported immediately to customer service.

  • Products must show no signs of use.

  • Hygiene items (devices) can only be returned if the existing seal is still intact and they are not defective

  • All returns (both full-priced and sale items) have to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage on the item(s) you are sending back.

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer 

What can't be returned?

Hygiene items (such as creams, masks, etc.) whose seal has been broken after delivery.
